About the Program

The 315 Artist in Residence program is an eight-month program hosted by Brookfield Properties in partnership with Calgary Arts Development (CADA), that transforms underutilized space into a creative studio where local artists can explore and expand their craft while developing skills to commercialize their work.

This program demonstrates Brookfield Properties Arts & Events' global commitment to creating vibrant spaces and experiences through its investment in arts and artists, bringing people and communities together.
