Highlighted Work: Woven Threads of TimeWoven Threads of Time is a series that uses Persian rugs as canvases. This artistic choice is deeply rooted in Ibrahim's childhood experiences growing up in a Muslim family, where prayer mats and rugs were ever-present symbols of ritual, grounding, and cultural heritage.
![]() ![]() EXHIBITION: CROISSANT BY IBRAHIM SHUAIBAn exploration of collective memory and the stories objects carry, part of an ongoing series of self-discovery where culture, spirituality, and the passage of time intersect.
Central to the series is the use of traditional rugs as a canvas - in Ibrahim’s Islamic heritage, these rugs witness daily life, prayer, gatherings, and reflection. They become companions and maps of personal history, creating a dialogue between personal evolution and deep cultural heritage.
The work visualizes identity as it forms through continuous growth across time.
