315 Artist in Residence

The 315 Artist in Residence Program is part of Brookfield Properties Arts & Events' global initiative based in Calgary, Alberta. Nestled in the heart of Calgary’s Downtown Core, our properties — Brookfield Place, Fifth Avenue Place, Suncor Energy Centre, and the Bankers Hall complex — play a vital role in the city’s vibrancy. Recognized as one of the world’s most livable cities, Calgary thrives on a dynamic synergy of arts and community connection. Brookfield Properties is committed to fostering this vibrancy both downtown and within our properties.
In Bankers Hall, we have created a space for artists to work and explore. The program provides artists with the opportunity to create large-scale artworks that will be exhibited in high-traffic areas such as our lobbies, plazas, and gathering spaces.
