ABOUT THE PROGRaM

The 315 Residency at Bankers Hall is part of Brookfield Properties Arts and Culture Program in Calgary, Alberta. Deemed one of the world’s most livable cities with a synergy for the creation of arts and community connection, Brookfield Properties has been working to create downtown vibrancy within our properties. In partnership with Calgary Arts Development, the 315 Artist Residency Program was designed to activate underutilized retail space in our Bankers Hall complex.

By creating a space for artists to work, explore, and discover, 315 Residency engages with artists with the intention of creating large-scale artworks that will be on display in high-traffic areas within our properties. The program demonstrates Brookfield Properties Arts & Culture’s global commitment to creating vibrant spaces and experiences through its investment in arts and artists, bringing people and communities together.
